They say it's an ill wind that blows no good.
So while show cancellations continue to mount, Virginia show, which is set to go ahead tomorrow, has seen entries in all classes jump by nearly 65pc as breeders scramble to secure a chance to display their prize stock before the show calendar draws to a close.
In addition to over 1,000 head of stock, the show will showcase the 25th Univet All-Ireland Aberdeen Angus class, with over 100 entries and a prize fund of over €4,000.
