The XXI European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat and the XV European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg Products will be held at Centro Congressi Giovanni XXIII in Bergamo, Italy, on 15–19 September, 2013.
Presented by the World's Poultry Science Association, the symposia are a unique opportunity of meeting for the international scientific and research community and an important chance to exchange new ideas and valuable information on the matters of poultry products, production, processing and trading.
The co-operation among the members of the WPSA European groups, working on the quality of poultry meats and the quality of eggs and egg products will provide a varied, scientific programme, presenting the updates in these specific sectors.
