Australia - The best of Merino sheep

Merino and Poll Merino sheep came out in droves for the Champion Awards at the Royal Adelaide Show on Thursday.
Terrick West, Prairie, Victoria, won the Fibre Meat Plus class from 60 entries, while Tom Ashby, North Ashrose Merino and Poll Stud, Gulnare, was awarded highest overall score for a group of three.
But the day went to One Oak, Jerilderie, New South Wales, which won Supreme Champion Merino or Poll Merino Ram or Ewe.
