Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN) shares declined 1.05% to $15.98 in the pre-market hour.

The company reported $0.44 earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter, beating the consensus estimate of $0.40 by $0.04. Analysts expect that Tyson Foods will post $2.03 EPS for the current fiscal year.
Gardner Denver, Inc. (NYSE:GDI) board of directors announced that Barry L. Pennypacker has resigned as president, chief executive officer and director. Michael M. Larsen, vice president and chief financial officer, has been named interim CEO, effective immediately.
Diane Schumacher, who served in a variety of senior management and legal roles during her career with Cooper Industries, will continue to serve as board chairperson and will actively assist Mr. Larsen during the transition period.
Panera Bread Co (NASDAQ:PNRA) stock fell 1.61% to $144.94 in the pre-market hour after the shares of the company was downgraded by analysts at Piper Jaffray from an “overweight” rating to an “underweight” rating in a research report issued today...
