When it comes to food safety training, Engineering and Maintenance staff (whether employed or sub-contracted) are often overlooked, yet they have a key role to play in protecting the integrity of the product. This one day course equips engineers and maintenance staff to work within the food safety standards required in a food environment.
Courses run from 9:00am until 5:00pm and Certificates of Attendance are issued following course completion.
