Haverick Saturday Store Scores!
Haverick Meats continue to kick goals with their open to the public Saturday store, where the most discerning consumer can purchase meat to suits their needs, formerly only available to Sydney’s elite restaurants.
Haverick Meats have had a long association with CAAB and the Sydney food scene, supplying to the best restaurants and food service venues in Sydney for may years.
The Andrew’s family whom own Haverick Meats made the decision some time ago to launch a store where consumers had the opportunity to purchase top quality produce they could once only purchase in a restaurant served by Haverick Meats.
“This has been a fantastic promotion for the Angus product and our Saturday store, allowing members of the public to gain access to and enjoy the benefits of Certified Australian Angus Beef at very reasonable prices,” says Haverick’s Operations Manager, John Andrews.
Certified Australian Angus Beef (CAAB) is sold by Haverick Meats into some of Sydney’s most reputable and elite venues and Steakhouses such as the Vardis owned Kingsley’s and their signature restaurant Steersons.
Phil Morley, CEO of CAAB says, ‘the Saturday store provides the consumer to purchase restaurant quality product at a fraction of the price and allows the family to enjoy restaurant quality product in their home more often than they might dine out’.
Phil Morley adds, ‘I have visited the Saturday a number of times recently and the atmosphere is buzzing with consumers keen to learn more about the products they purchase and how to choose products in order to achieve restaurant quality meals in the home’.
There is a Chef on hand at the Saturday store to assist with meat selection, recipes and cooking tips and it seems that many consumers take advantage of this service.
In addition to the chef, there are butchers on hand to trim and cut your meet to order allowing you to take home exactly the cut and portion you need to prepare the meal.
Currently CAAB are supporting Haverick in their Saturday Store concept by joining Haverick in a 12 week promotion of CAAB, Australia’s Most Awarded Brand of Beef.
