Australia - Santa Gertrudis bulls from well-respected studs
16 Oct 2012
QUEENSLANDERS don’t need much of an excuse to head west. The lure of wide open spaces, prolific Mitchell and buffel grass and abundant wildlife are incentive enough to make the trek.
Once a year, however, the promise of securing Santa Gertrudis bulls from well-respected studs entices large numbers of Queensland cattle producers to travel to the central western town of Blackall.
The unique combination of three sales featuring 340 Santa Gertrudis bulls over two days, in and around
Blackall, caters for discerning Santa buyers from across the state.
