Wales - Aberystwyth pupils win dream day with World champion cyclist

A group of pupils from Aberystwyth will get the chance to cycle with on eof their sporting heroes after demonstrating their knowledge of the link between diet and exercise.
A team from Ysgol Penweddig in Aberystwyth have won a national competition that involved designing a recipe that was nutritious and would encourage young people to participate in sport.
The winning team and their classmates will now get the chance to cycle around the Velodrome in Newport with World champion cyclist Geraint Thomas.
