N.Ireland - New role for Rodney Magowan !

Agricultural journalist Rodney Magowan took on a new role at the London 2012 Olympic as a games maker volunteer based on Horse Guards Parade for the beach volley ball events. Part of the Command, Control and Communications team Rodney especially enjoyed the unique atmosphere in London as the rejuvenated city played host to the Olympics for the first time since 1948. The former Northern Ireland Guild of Agricultural chairman praising the warm weclome given to visitors from around the world by Londoners.
