EXMOOR Red Ruby cattle and sheep farmer and butcher Simon David is leading a half-day course in lamb butchery later this month.
He will show how to butcher half a lamb, including the knife skills required.
The event is organised by the Exmoor Hill Farm Project for May 23, 10am until 2.30pm, at the Woodcocks Ley Farm, near Porlock.
