Established as a meat export trading company in 1973, Sanger Australia has built an international sales network for Australian meat products which is second to none. Privately owned and proudly Australian, we provide international buyers with access to the very best Australian beef - from the right places at the right times all year round.

 

 

Whilst the majority of meat supplied by Sanger by far is beef, we also source and supply other types of meat and meat products for our export clients including veal, mutton, lamb, pork, kangaroo, chicken and associated by-products - all from highly reputable processors across Australia . Our extended network of contacts and suppliers provides us with year round access to high-quality meat from a number of different regions, and enables us to minimise the impact of seasonal variations in product availability.

Bindaree

 

Bindaree Beef is one of Australia 's largest meat processors, and a prominent leader in the Australian meat industry.

 

Bindaree owns and operates its beef processing plant at Inverell in northern NSW, capable of processing 1,300 cattle per day. This operation is strategically located to ensure that Bindaree can source cattle 12 months of the year.

 

Bindaree Beef has a Natural Beef program in place, sourcing cattle that are totally free from Hormonal Growth Promotants (HGP), free of antibiotic residues, are not fed animal by-products or GMO feed, have been tested under the AQIS pesticides residue monitoring program and hygienically produced under strict HACCP guidelines. Bindaree Beef is leading the industry in this important emerging market, buying and supplying the best natural beef that Australia has to offer. Since 2005 Bindaree has been Organic accredited and together with Sanger has started an Organic program killing up to 500 Organic Cattle per month.

Monbeef

 

Monbeef is an established beef export company with a world-class processing unit in Australia 's pristine 'high country' region.

 

Monbeef is located in Cooma , New South Wales at the foothills of Australian's Snowy Mountains . The location is adjacent to the significant dairy catchment areas of the NSW South Coast and northern Victoria which provide the core supply of cattle. The stock from this region thrive on the natural grazing lands, fresh air and clean water.

 

Independent studies show that Monbeef is one of Australia 's most efficient processors of manufacturing grade beef and specialised cuts.

 

As Monbeef works on a relatively small scale, 225 cattle a day, they are flexible and can take orders for special cuts, packaging or further processing as well as packing different sized cartons to suit individual customer needs.

RH Collinson Pty Ltd

 

This privately owned family business started selling vealers and yearling carcasses in Victoria in 1954. By 1988, global demand for their style of product saw Collinson commence production of their high-quality veal and yearling primal cuts for export markets. Today Sanger Australia markets Collinson products to many discerning customers around the world under the Farm Valley Veal label.

 

 

Sanger Brasil

Sanger Brasil was established in January 2007 in Sao Paulo city following an opportunity with a chicken cooperative by the Unifrango, situated in the state of Parana . Sanger Brazil is part of the Sanger group, based in Sydney Australia which was established in 1973

 

Our core business is to export chicken products from our Brazilian partners to the “world” but we also trade beef and pork out of South America .

 

 

Ilonka Eijsink – Branch Manager & Trader

Ilonka is the general manager for Sanger Brasil and trader to Middle East , Europe and South America markets.



She graduated in Agriculture Engineering in the

University of Sao Paulo (2000) and has focused her career since 1998 in production, marketing and international meat trade.



She worked for Socopo in

Europe , South America and Australia , and in 2006 moved to Australia to start its work in the headquarters of Sanger. In 2007, after a rich experience in diverse cultures and countries, she opened a subsidiary in Brazil to export beef, pork, poultry and lamb.



She has a master degree in Agribusiness and Consumer Behaviour from Wagenigen, Netherlands, post-graduation in meat technology at the Instituto de Tecnologia de Alimentos - ITAL, Campinas and a specialization in the Agribusiness Policy for the European market from Rennes, France.
