The Gympie District Beef Liaison Group has been running the Gympie Carcass Classic for 25 years.
This year, Rockdale Pastoral Co won the Charlie Cotter All-rounder award while Barry and Jennifer Grainger, Amamoor, won the most suitable carcase for the domestic market.
