Bloom, Ireland's largest gardening, food and family event took place this year in the Phoenix Park Dublin on the June bank holiday weekend. (Thursday 31st May - Monday 4th June 2012). This was a widely anticipated event as Bloom 2011 attracted almost 90,000 visitors to the 70 acre site at the Visitor's Centre in the Phoenix Park, Dublin.
Dawn Meats's The Premium Butcher was delighted to host a very successful stand at this years event.
