EBLEX is the levy board for the beef and sheep sectors in England. Its objectives are to assist the sectors to be efficient and to add value to maximise profitability. We do this through marketing and promoting our product to consumers both in the UK and overseas to drive demand. We also have a varied research programme and transfer these results to producers through the successful Better Returns Programme. A further role is the supply of market price information and consumer trends to aid market knowledge.
