The stud has been a strong supporter of the Gold City Brahman Sale, returning each year to the reliable support of repeat buyers.
This year the offering is older than previous years, and the grey team shows the strength of the females the stud relies on.
The four younger 23-month-old grey bulls are all sired by Wilangi Webke three are three-quarter brothers from Clukan Toby females.
The six grey 36-month-old bulls' sires consist of Wilangi Webke and three-quarter brother Wilangi Wendel, and Clukan Toby.
The five red bulls are 36 months old and were sired by NCC Nostalgic and Black Wattle Benjy.
Once again, the The Rivers Brahman Stud vendors Peter and Sue Gray and family will be going to the Gold City Brahman Sale boasting the same high standard of sale team that has become expected in the industry.
The bulls are all really well grown, showing well pronounced muscle, and are ready for work.
Recent scan results secure the growth of the bulls averaging at 134cm eye muscle for the older draft and 124cm for the younger draft the highest being 142cm and an overall average of 12mm of fat.
The feeding structure this year should see a smooth transition to work for the sale team, with the bulls finishing on a roughage diet in the weeks leading up to the sale.
The Rivers Brahman Stud will have weights and scan results available on the day of the sale, along with the mother's calving history.
